We know that life can seem like a repetitive cycle of waking up, eating, working and sleeping. And that the daily grind can fill our minds and bodies with negative energy and stress. That’s why we created Ashtanga Life, so our community has a place to return to self-exploration, self-discovery, and sharing a journey with other like-minded individuals.

A BIT ABOUT ASHTANGA LIFE

Ashtanga Life put on our first retreat back in 2022, and we’ve been enriching the experiences of our guests ever since. Each retreat is a unique expression of the beauty and wonder that life has to offer, with a hint of guidance and inspiration.

We understand that the time and space to escape from the hustle and bustle of life can be in limited supply, which is why we dedicate so much time and effort into all the preparations for our retreats,

Where we practise Ashtanga and Yin

Bellavita is for the more outdoor yogi that likes glamping, Bellavita has it’s own shower room with amazing views of snowdonia

The yoga dome took days to put up, needing scaffolding and 8 friends to help put up the very heavy cover, but all worth while

The yoga deck is perfect for ashtanga outside in the middle of an apple orchard with views of snowdonia

Lisa Hallows the Ashtanga and yin yoga teacher has successfully completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. And trainned in yin teacher training in Mallorca, including an extra two weeks training in Malaga advanced yoga.
